Jazz and Modern (for women and girls): In this technique class, the focus is on building a strong technical base of the individual dancer. There will be elements from Jazz, Modern, Ballet and Yoga, this will increase flexibility and strength in your body. The exercises should motivate the dancers to get to know their body better and thereby increase the awareness of centre stability and weight placement. After an in-depth warm up, we will move across the studio and play with its possibilities.
